Scottsdale, Arizona: Solugenix Corporation, a long-standing provider of innovative IT services and solutions, has completed the divestiture of its ServiceNow Business Unit to inMorphis, an Elite ServiceNow partner known for its global expertise and innovation. The transaction officially closed on July 1, 2025.
LegaLogic Consulting was the sole legal counsel for Solugenix Corporation and advised on drafting, review, negotiation and finalisation of deal documentation and closing of the transaction. Prakhar Sharma and Ankur Sangwan worked on this deal with Vikas Agarwal.

Major Milestone in Solugenix Growth Journey
This sale marks a major milestone in Solugenix’s growth journey, enabling the company to intensify its focus on core offerings while ensuring enhanced value delivery to clients. The transfer provides Solugenix’s ServiceNow professionals and customer accounts with a seamless path forward under inMorphis’s specialized and innovation-led ServiceNow ecosystem.
